Parking Lot C. Parking Lot Issues and Aha! Experiences Tell participants that they will keep a “Parking Lot” of issues and questions that arise during the day that need to be addressed in their minds. To the extent possible, those questions and issues will be addressed at the end of the day or in the morning before beginning day 2. They may also post AHA! Experiences when an issue is made clear or a thought occurs to them or they learn something new - anytime an AHA! strikes them. NOTE: Post on the wall a flipchart page marked “Parking Lot Issues” and another labeled "Aha! Experiences". Also place a post-it pad on each table. Ask participants, throughout the day, to write their questions and their Aha!s on the post-it pads and place them on the flipcharts. They may also use the handout below (Aha!s and Parking Lot Issues) to keep notes of their issues.
